The Terms of the Agreement will be on the date the Client enrolled for the Services and will end once the work is completed from our end.
Maniere has the authority to use its identifying mark that might come in the form of Logo, Design, URL or any types of brand identity to all websites/products purchased from here and it will come into force without any consent of the clients.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Maniere Design may provide Client with one or more Services depending on the service plans that the Client selects: business website, Domain-based e-mail, website hosting and maintenance. Any new features taken by the client shall be considered to be a part of the Services. Maniere have the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Services based on non-cooperation, non payment, or unwanted delay from the client, at any time and without any notice. Client shall not hold Maniere for any losses, damages or consequences whatsoever from such modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Services with any third party work.
ACCESS TO INFORMATION
For any purposes of the Agreement, all web pages that are owned, operated or hosted by or on behalf of Maniere shouldn’t be shared by any third party company.
To avail any services from Maniere the Client may be asked to provide certain details or other information. If Maniere believes the information that the Client has provided is not correct or incomplete, it has the right to refuse the client to give any services or its resources and to terminate or suspend clients account at any point of time.
For training and quality purposes all calls may be recorded for further assistance.
POST DELIVERY SUPPORT CLAUSE
Maniere will be obligated to provide any kind of Technical Support on all projects delivered, for more than two month from the date of delivery/go live. For any issues arising post to the support period specified above,Maniere will be happy to offer assistance no cost to the our existing clients and for reasons of understanding this clause better, the term “Technical Support” has been further defined to cover only the following line items:
Technical trouble shooting.
Technical advice and support.
Any minor to major changes to the site does not include any structural, functional, design or any such change that alters the original scope of the project.

Maniere reserves the right to cancel any domain/hosting service active on its servers by providing the clients with a maximum notice period of seven days, prior to the date of expiry. The notice will be provided to the clients through one of the following mediums:
First class post, 5 days from the date of posting
Hand or by facsimile transmission
All the clients are requested to ensure that renewal of the service is done at least ten days prior to the expiry or else extra charges will be applicable if failure to comply with these terms absolves Maniere has no responsibility to keep the hosting service active beyond the period.
DOMAIN AND HOSTING TRANSFER
The process for transferring Domain and Hosting is as follows –
Maniere Accounts Managers will provide all the detail regards of any dues or clearance within 5 working days as per the request.
Maniere would provide EPP / Auth Code and make the Domain in unlocked” position once all the dues payment is cleared from the clients end.
After receiving Authorization code, clients needs to initiate transfer request with their new provider.
Customer must inform Maniere team at email@example.com for any such transfer request initiated and then the web design team would approve the transfer request.
After the approval from Maniere it takes around 8 business working days for transfer.
Please note that EPP / Auth Code are only valid for limited period and if the customer doesn’t make use of it within 8 business working days then a new request needs to be initiated with Maniere team once again.
If the client agrees to pay Maniere the service fee for any service then the terms of the Payment Plan which the client have selected that include all applicable taxes, in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of the service fee becomes payable. Client hereby authorizes Maniere to automatically charge there credit card or debit as per the payment breakup. As soon as the client sign up over the phone with the deal there will be a sign amount which the client have to pay. Maniere reserves the right to pursue alternative means of payment up to and including auto-debt collection services and the client shall be liable for all collection, including without limitation, attorneys’ fees.
As Maniere provides a bill-through service for listings, the company takes credit risk for each and every Client. Therefore all the Client is responsible to maintain an active and valid payment method all times. If for any client’s payment method is not available, according to Maniere has the right to immediately and temporarily turn off the website, listings or support services being provided to the client. If the payment is not received within the time frame, Maniere have the right to terminate the Agreement and retain ownership of the all the ongoing services till the time due amount is clear from the clients end.
Please note that Maniere is not liable for whatsoever loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction made on Account of the Cardholder preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
Client represents, warrants and covenants that (i) Client has sufficient authority to enter into the Agreement; (ii) Client is a business, not a consumer, and that Client’s use of Maniere services is solely for lawful commercial and business purposes; (iii) Client has the necessary rights to provide all information provided under the Agreement for use as described in the Agreement.
